We ask that you pray for the ministry of North Porch and
for the women and children
whom we serve:

Heavenly Father, you sent
your own Son into this world.
We thank you for the lives
of all children entrusted to our care. Help us to remember that we are all your children, and
so to love and nurture them,
that they may attain to that full stature intended for them
in your eternal Kingdom; for the sake of your dear Son,
Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Welcome to North Porch!


North Porch is a project of the Episcopal Church Women
in the Diocese of Newark, and serves women of all faiths.
The North Porch Women & Infants' Centers provide emergency
seven-day supplies of formula, baby food, diapers, clothing, bed linens
and other items for needy mothers and their infants
in the Newark, Paterson, Dover, Hackettstown and Wharton
areas of northern New Jersey.

 North Porch was recognized at the 2012 Annual Convention
of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark as one of four church-related
agencies in the Diocese whose mission is to serve children.
Throughout 2012 the Diocese will focus on children and
will seek ways to improve the lives of all children in need.
North Porch is proud to be an important part of this effort!

IMPORTANT NOTICES!

Our satellite centers at St. James' Episcopal Church
in Hackettstown, and at the Wharton United Community Church
are now open. Clients should call 973-537-0392 for an appointment.
Hackettstown hours are Friday, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Wharton hours are Wednesday 10-11:30 a.m. and 6-7:30 p.m.

Laura De la Cabada has been named Center Coordinator
for our Dover center at St. John's Episcopal Church.
She will also serve our Hackettstown and Wharton satellite centers.
Dover center hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. -1 p.m.,
and Wednesday, 12 noon - 3 p.m.
